We are looking for a Leasing Consultant for our beautiful Vue 22 Apartments located in Bellevue, WA.
This role provides exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents, using sales and marketing techniques to maintain high occupancy at the property.
Responsibilities
Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
Qualify applicants for apartments thoroughly and promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins for new residents.
Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date rental files and accurately enter rental data into the computer.
Prepare leases and oversee the signing of leases by new residents.
Assist in completion of monthly administrative tasks, ensuring all property paperwork is organized and complete.
Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.
Qualifications
Preferred: 1 year of property management experience.
Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential.
All employees must acknowledge and consent to audio recordings that may be made during the performance of duties.
Strong desire to work in a team setting with a company that promotes internal advancement.
Compensation and Benefits
$22–$24 per hour, DOE.
Monthly and quarterly bonuses.
10 days paid time off per year.
10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days per year.
40 hours paid sick time.
