Role Overview As a Residential Construction Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing on‑site activities from start to finish. You'll coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure each project meets our expectations for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily job site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
Perform regular quality control checks and maintain a clean, organized job site
Track progress against project timelines and key milestones
Update schedules, job logs, and material needs using project management tools
Work closely with Project Managers to address challenges and keep projects moving
Lead client walkthroughs and ensure a positive homeowner experience
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with building standards
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar field role
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Familiarity with tools such as CoConstruct and Microsoft Office (training available)
Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach
Experience in residential construction preferred (commercial experience considered)
Ability to commute daily to job sites within Sussex County, DE
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
