
Regional Cybersecurity Specialist

Reporting to the Cybersecurity Manager, Italy Region & Europe Hub, the
Regional Cybersecurity Specialist
plays a key role in strengthening the cybersecurity posture across Italy. The position supports the definition of the regional cybersecurity roadmap and ensures alignment between Group cybersecurity principles and local needs and priorities.
Positioned at the intersection between central cybersecurity functions and local stakeholders, the role contributes to embedding cybersecurity into regional activities and business strategies, supporting secure and resilient digitalization across the organization.
This role will be based in our
Alba offices , with the possibility of working remotely up to two days per week.
Main Responsibilities: As part of the Regional Cybersecurity organization, you will
support the assessment of the cybersecurity posture across Italy
by conducting periodic cybersecurity maturity and risk evaluations. Working closely with Business, IT and Operations stakeholders, you will
contribute to the analysis of applications, infrastructures and operational environments , applying structured methodologies to assess risks related to confidentiality, integrity and availability.
You will play an active role in
identifying and consolidating local cybersecurity needs , ensuring they are clearly documented and reported to the Regional Cybersecurity Manager in order to support prioritization and implementation decisions. In this context, you will
support the deployment and enforcement of Group cybersecurity processes, procedures and technologies at regional level , contributing to the execution of improvement initiatives and remediation actions aligned with Regional and Group priorities.
A key part of the role involves
supporting third party cybersecurity activities , including the evaluation of suppliers’ cybersecurity maturity and risk exposure, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will also
contribute to local compliance initiatives
by providing operational support to assessments and monitoring progress against relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations and internal requirements (e.g. NIS 2, PCI DSS, etc.).
In parallel, you will
support the development of a strong cybersecurity culture across the Region
by identifying local awareness and training needs and contributing to the design and delivery of related initiatives. You will
assist in identifying the need for local procedures and documentation , supporting their drafting, review and approval. Finally, you will
monitor local cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities , supporting remediation actions and contributing, when required, to the management of cybersecurity incidents with regional impact.
About You: You hold a
Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field , and you bring
previous experience gained in a similar role
within cybersecurity consultancy or system integration environments. You have experience working with both technical and business stakeholders and are familiar with operating within complex, structured and international organizations.
You have gained exposure to
IT and OT cybersecurity topics , including
cybersecurity risk and maturity assessments, third party risk management, compliance activities and awareness initiatives . You are familiar with major cybersecurity standards, frameworks and regulations, including NIS2, ENISA, NIST, GDPR and ISO 27000, and you understand the key factors required to ensure compliance within a local and regional context.
You are
fluent in English
and feel comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.
