Personal Assistant – Overview We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will serve as a 'right hand,' managing complex schedules, travel, and day-to-day tasks to enhance efficiency. This role requires exceptional discretion and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex, high-volume calendars across time zones, schedule meetings, and send reminders.

Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact; screen phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence on behalf of the executive.

Travel Arrangements: Plan domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.

Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents; manage filing systems and process expense reports.

Personal Assistance & Errands: Run personal errands, including scheduling personal appointments, shopping, and household management.

Meeting Support: Take notes/minutes during meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
