New LifeRecovery:
Carry the Culture of Rock Hill
Directly oversee any and allNLR ministries
Continue to shape and cast vision ofNLR
Recruit, train and develope current and newNLR volunteers and leaders
Be directly responsible to oversee the budget ofNLR
Handle any issues that may arise withNLR volunteers, group members, and church partners with Executive Pastor and/or theNLR Board
Participate in local networking venues to support addiction recovery
Submit monthly reports to summarize attendance, happeninghs, financial and ongoing needs of the mininistry
The AnchorSober Living:
Works with Executive Pastor and Clinical Team to develope quality programming that utilizes evidence-based models and reflect best practices in the fields of addictions
Work with Site Director and Executive Pastror to create and maintain overall budget
Oversee referral process for all referral soiurces, i.e. review completed referral forms, complete intake interviws, coordinate with counselor and communicate with referral source acceptance or non-acceptance in timeile manner within business week.
Ensure thatThe Anchor has active referral sources and that all referrals meet program expectations.
Coordinate and communicate with Site Director for all admissions
Oversee recovery counseling with all residents
Monitor compliance withThe Anchor Quality Assurance Plan and make certain that all record keeping is current, complies with all standards, and reflects quality care.
Provides up to date documentation on facilty and residents, i.e. documentation of activities in home, complete of any incidenr reports, resident files.
Maintain on call for incidents or emergencies.
Other duties as assigned by Executive Pastor
