Location: Gatwick Airport (Airside)
Start Date: 13/04/2026
Hours: Night Shifts – 20:00 to 04:30
Duration: Ongoing
We are currently recruiting for experienced Steel Erectors to work on a busy airside project at Gatwick Airport. This is a great opportunity for ongoing night work on a high-profile, secure construction site.
The Role: Erecting and installing structural steelwork Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Carrying out bolting, aligning and securing steel structures Assisting with lifting operations and working alongside crane teams Working safely within a live airside environment
Requirements: Ability to work night shifts (20:00 – 04:30) Must be able to obtain an airside pass 5-year checkable work history Willingness to complete the full airside security clearance process
