Leasing Coordinator – San Marino Retirement Community
Do you have a passion for people and a talent for sales? San Marino is looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-driven Leasing Coordinator to join our team and help families find the right home for their loved ones.
At San Marino Retirement Community, we celebrate the art of life at every stage across our Independent Retirement Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. As a Leasing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of that mission, connecting prospective residents and their families with the community that's right for them.
What you'll do: Build and manage a robust lead pipeline, conduct community tours, partner with our Marketing Director on outreach and events, guide families through the leasing process, and track progress in the contact management system to ensure a path toward clear occupancy goals.
What we’re looking for: At least one year of sales experience, a warm and professional presence, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in serving older adults. Experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus.
