Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remote Property Manager to oversee short-term rental operations across platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. This role focuses on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, optimising performance, and delivering high-quality guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
Manage listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms Optimize pricing, availability, and booking performance Handle guest communication from inquiry to post-stay Oversee end-to-end rental operations and workflows Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices Requirements
Strong understanding of pricing strategy, calendar management, and booking systems Familiarity with tools such as Guesty or Smoobu (preferred) Knowledge of international short-term rental regulations Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Compensation
Remote and flexible work hours Performance bonus that is based on: Occupancy rate Guest satisfaction (reviews/ratings) Response time & operational efficiency Additional Note
