This is in-person, relationship-based sales—success comes from building trust, stewarding partners, and renewing partnerships year over year

Instead of selling a product, you’ll secure partnerships that directly support:
Foster children finding safe, loving homes
Families receiving critical support services
Students with autism accessing specialized education
You will regularly thank partners, share impact, and show how their support is making a difference
Success comes from: consistent activity, strong follow-through, and the ability to close
Requirements
Minimum of three years demonstrated success in a revenue-generating role (e.g. sales, business development, account management, or fundraising.)
Skills in use of technology, CRM software and web-based tools
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver's license and adequate auto insurance.
Must pass necessary background checks.
Responsibilities
Prospect, outreach, and secure new business opportunities and revenue streams
Build, manage, and grow a qualified sales pipeline of corporate partners and sponsors
Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting /meetings/ proposals /closing/ stewardship
Develop and grow corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and key accounts
Expand and retain relationships to increase long‑term revenue
Perform outside sales activities, including in-person meetings, tours, events, and networking
WORK HOURS Full time, 37.5+ hours/ week. Community-based role with no weekends or overnight travel.
LOCATION 108 East Willow St. Normal, Illinois.
MINIMUM SALARY $57,000 annually. This is a Salary/ Exempt position, salary is based on education and experience.
