Responsibilities
Understandand implement dealership sales process
Own everyaspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present anddemonstrate inventory
Review,update and manage daily inventory reports
Create andexecute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare andreview monthly plans with sales leadership
MaintainCustomer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remainup-to-date on products, market trends and certification
Must be familiar withClient Relationship Management (CRM) software
Requirements Educationand/or Experience
Experience,education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
Health,Dental & Vision Insurance - group policy with shared employer/employeecosts
401(k)-company matches employee contributions up to 6% of salary (immediate vesting at100%)
Lifeinsurance coverage of up to $25,000, fully paid by the company
Paid TimeOff - amount varies based on tenure
