Exposure to cross‑functional teams and real business decisions

Who are you: You have a foundation in food science and at least 1 year of hands‑on experience in product development within the food industry (post‑graduation).

You have worked with formulation and have a basic understanding of how products behave in manufacturing environments. You are interested in developing your skills further within product performance, ingredients, and scaling.

You are structured, curious, and comfortable working both practically and analytically. You take ownership of your work and are motivated to learn and grow within product development.

You have a genuine interest in protein bars, functional nutrition, and products where taste and performance go hand in hand.

What you will need to succeed:

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or similar

1–3 years of experience in product development / R&D within the food industry

Experience within food product development; exposure to protein or functional products is a plus
