Senior Marketing Product Specialist is responsible for supporting profitable growth of Massey Ferguson North America’s tractor machinery business. The role focuses on leading corporate training, communicating product information and sales processes directly to field sales and dealer personnel, and producing both online and print training collateral (videos, photos, Product Information Guides, Product Marketing Bulletins, Competitive Comparisons, and Price Pages). Additional duties may include supporting corporate events, dealer events, product launches, shows, and field events.

Your Impact

Support marketing team goals through training, VIP events, new product introductions, and field activities.

Collaborate with marketing and field product specialists to design, develop, and deliver training programs.

Create, maintain, and manage a library of training materials.

Become a subject‑matter expert for assigned products by demonstrating high agronomic, economic, and product knowledge.

Manage internal loan and demo inventory and budget for Massey Ferguson tractors.

Conduct product benchmarking and communicate test results to field and dealer personnel.

Lead projects to develop innovative training aids that drive results.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, engineering, marketing, or business.

3–5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or product development in the capital goods industry.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF Expert, and other Office applications.

High mechanical proficiency.

Comfort speaking to and facilitating live audiences (intermediate level).

Proven record of initiative and accountability to achieve time, budget, and quality goals.
