Responsibilities
Understand and implement the dealership’s internet sales process
Maintain extensive knowledge of products and current inventory
Efficiently convert internet inquiries into appointments and sales
Effectively follow up with internet traffic, short and long term
Maintain Customer Satisfaction to organizational standards
Constantly monitor metrics of leads, appointments, and sales
Provide an overall positive experience for every guest of our dealership
Requirements
College Degree preferred but not required
Must work well in a team environment
Efficiently operate a computer
Proper use of grammar and vocabulary a must Must be punctual
Professional appearance
Must pass hair follicle drug test
Valid Texas driver’s license
