We’re looking for a hands‑on
Salesforce Implementor
who builds solutions that actually work and who has strong experience with creating Flows, Custom Objects, and Validation Rules. We have a growing number of projects in the Public Sector, so if you’ve ever touched Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or OmniStudio, you’ll have a massive head start.
YOUR MISSION:
Build Cool Stuff:
Use Salesforce Flow and standard configuration to automate boring manual processes.
Talk to People:
Sit down with users (sometimes in the public sector) to understand their “day in the life” and figure out how Salesforce can make it better.
Problem Solve:
Fix things when they break and find smarter ways to set up the platform.
Deploy:
Help get new features from the Sandbox into the hands of real users.
PSS (The Bonus):
If you’re interested, you’ll get to work on high‑impact projects that digitalize public services (permits, grants, etc.) using Salesforce’s Public Sector tools.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
Practical Experience:
You’ve spent at least 2 years configuring Salesforce. You know that “Admin” is just the starting point.
Flow Mastery:
You should be very comfortable building Record‐Triggered and Screen Flows.
The “Consultant” Brain:
You don’t just build what people ask for; you ask “why” and suggest the best way to do it.
Language:
You can speak and write comfortably in English.
NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGES:
You’ve seen or worked with
Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
You’ve played around with
OmniStudio or Vlocity.
You’ve built a portal using
Experience Cloud.
