The Analyst, Sales Effectiveness & Operations supports the commercial organization by providing sales analysis, reporting, and operational support to improve sales force effectiveness. This role focuses on sales data accuracy, reporting, systems support, and process compliance to enable consistent execution of sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain recurring sales reports and dashboards related to sales activity, pipeline, win/loss trends, and customer performance Support sales teams by analyzing sales trends, customer inquiries, delivery or service issues, and product returns Assist with administration, maintenance, and effective use of sales systems and databases (e.g., CRM and related tools) Monitor compliance with established sales processes, tools, and reporting standards Support account and territory planning through data analysis and reporting Conduct competitor research and maintain sales intelligence to support commercial decision-making Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc analyses for sales leadership and cross-functional partners Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate data flow and reporting consistency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field 24 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related analytical role Strong analytical and data management skills Proficiency in Excel and experience working with sales reporting or CRM systems Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Effective written and verbal communication skills Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
