Build the Futureof Human Performance at Work
Join AdaRose, an AI-enabled Workplace Wellness & Human Performance Platform
AdaRose is building a new category of AI-enabled platform designed to improve how people feel, connect, and perform at work. We believe the next generation of workplace performance tools will not be defined by productivity software alone, nor by traditional wellness programs, but by intelligent systems that help people build sustainable habits together.
Our approach combines behavioral science, human-centered experience design, and real-time personalization to strengthen both individual wellbeing and team effectiveness. Community is not an add-on to this work; it is core product architecture. We are designing a system where social connection reinforces healthy behavior, and where AI helps make those experiences adaptive, intuitive, and meaningful at scale.
We are early enough that the product is still being shaped through real-world use, and established enough that customers are actively engaging with it today. This is an opportunity to help shape a category that sits at the intersection of applied AI, human performance, and social connection, at a stage where your decisions will directly influence how the product evolves in the market.
The Role This is not a traditional Head of Product role. You will not inherit a fully defined roadmap, large internal teams, or established systems. Instead, you will help shape how a living product evolves through real-world use.
You will work directly with the founder and external engineering partners to translate product vision into meaningful outcomes: strengthening engagement, deepening community dynamics, and advancing intelligent personalization capabilities.
The core of the role is execution with judgment: bringing structure and momentum in an environment where learning velocity matters more than process perfection. This is a role for someone who wants to build at the frontier of applied AI, not simply manage features inside an established platform.
Responsibilities Drive Execution of an AI-Enabled Product
Coordinate ongoing platform evolution and program delivery
Translate product direction into clear priorities and shipped outcomes
Partner closely with external engineering team to guide feature development
Ensure new functionality is usable, impactful, and grounded in real customer needs
Shape the End-to-End Experience
Continuously evaluate what users are experiencing emotionally and behaviorally
Identify friction across onboarding, engagement, content, and community features
Strengthen clarity, tone, and cohesion across all product touchpoints
Ensure the AdaRose experience (technology + content + live programming) feels integrated
Advance IntelligentPersonalization & Community Connection
Help refine how AI-driven personalization appears in daily product use
Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement through adaptive, social experiences supported by AI
Contribute to evolving how community and behavior change intersect at scale
Drive Learning Through Data
Track engagement patterns and outcome signals to guide iteration
Support development of reporting used in client conversations and growth efforts
Surface product gaps and strategic opportunities based on real-world signals
Maintain Cross-Functional Momentum
Act as a connective force across founder, engineering partners, and customer operations
Bring clarity to evolving priorities without slowing execution
Who Thrives in This Role This role is best suited for a builder who wants to help shape something new, not simply optimize what already exists. This is a role for a builder-operator mindset, not a pure strategist or process manager.
You thrive in environments where:
Direction is clear, but the path is still being invented (this is a startup!)
Impact is measured in outcomes and real user change
Collaboration matters more than hierarchy
You are someone who:
Is self-directed and highly organized.
You set goals and make progress without constant supervision
Is energized by the intersection of AI, behavioral science, and human experience Has a natural instinct for bringing people together, not just building systems
Has a sense of humor and a high degree of curiosity Is comfortable leading cross-functional execution without large internal teams
Wants to build something meaningful and category-defining
Qualifications
Minimum 3–7 years in digital product execution, online community development, or similar
Experience iterating on tech-enabled products or service platforms
Strong execution discipline and ability to drive initiatives forward
Comfort interpreting engagement and performance data to inform decisions
Experience in workplace wellness, health behavior change, community-driven products, or adjacent fields
Location & Work Style
Based in the Northeast United States
Washington DC strongly preferred
New York or within a few hours also considered
Hybrid model with:
Remote flexibility
