
Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities Include
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Requirements
Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification.
Documentation regarding prior employment.
All Successful Candidates Will Also Possess
The ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
A high school diploma, GED, or military service.
The ability to demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team‑centric environment to meet goals.
A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
