Fully Onsite, Manhattan, NY Compensation:
160k base, 220k OTE Responsibilities: Strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients Advise senior stakeholders and turn insights into actionable strategies Lead renewals and identify upsell/expansion opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay client feedback Track key metrics and communicate ROI clearly Qualifications: 4-5+ years in account management, partnerships, or customer success Experience managing high-value accounts with proven retention/expansion results SaaS experience Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work with senior leaders and navigate complex organizations If youre someone who moves with polish, precision, and strategic clarity, and you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments,
