Event Sales Manager
Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Event Sales Manager to lead and grow our private events business. This role oversees a diverse portfolio of events ranging from milestone birthdays, retirements, graduations, weddings and baby showers to high-end wine tastings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and large-scale family celebrations featuring bounce houses, swimming, and carnivals. As a key leader, you will drive event sales from inquiry through execution, build strong member relationships, and partner closely with our Food & Beverage and operations teams to deliver exceptional, seamless experiences. The ideal candidate is an organized, high-energy professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and are equally comfortable planning sophisticated adult events and fun, family-focused experiences.
