Local grocery retailer, is seeking a
visionary retail leader
to shape and elevate the shopping experience.
Relocation to Honolulu. What Youll Do: Define and execute our natural and organic merchandise strategy in tune with Hawaiis unique culture and customer needs and seasonality. Lead the store in natural merchandising and product assortment to maximize sales and profitability. Collaborate with the buying and merchandising team to increase the customer experience as well as profitability. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and world-class service. Travel across the islands working with the grocery team. What Were Looking For: 5+ years of leadership in natural product management (multi-unit or corporate-level). Proven track record in growing sales, profitability, and customer engagement. Strong understanding of Hawaiis marketplace, global natural market trends and customer expectations. Expertise in optimizing store space and managing trends.
