Treya Digital is a creative marketing agency based in Austin, TX. We specialize in content creation, branding, and social media for lifestyle, fashion, and wellness brands with a focus on female-founded businesses that are building something with purpose.
You’ll work directly with me Cristina, the founder. I’m looking for a creative, ambitious intern excited to own the growth of the Treya Digital brand! I want you to bring your own creative instincts to what we’re building and help grow @treyadigital on IG.
The best candidate is someone who is confident bringing in fresh ideas, strong content creation skills, and the ability to think strategically about brand content. If you want to own a project you can use as a case study, this is the internship for you.
Time Commitment: ~20 hours/week
Location: Hybrid, in-person about 2 days/week in Central/South Austin and 2 days remote
End Date: August/September 2026 with potential to extend
Pay: $1,000 monthly stipend dependent on term plus school credit
Academic credit may be available for eligible UT students. Students are responsible for coordinating approval through university.
What you’ll own
Help grow our internal social media accounts:
Spot growth opportunities and present your own strategy plan complete with action steps that you’ll fully own
Ideate and pitch creative Instagram and TikTok concepts aligned with Treya's brand and current trends
Create aesthetic, attention-grabbing carousels using Canva
Film & edit behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content, occasionally appearing on camera
Manage the content calendar and keep posting on schedule
Assist on shoot days and client sessions when needed, and helping film BTS on shoot days
Keep files organized in Google Drive and Notion so nothing falls through the cracks
Who we’re looking for
Based in Austin
Available in person 2x a week (~4-5 hours per day) & remote 2 days, schedule may vary weekly
Currently pursuing a degree in advertising, communications, RTF, marketing, or a related program
Bonus points if you already create content for your own Instagram or have done UGC content for brands
Comfortable on camera and filming behind the camera
Proficient in Canva and at least one editing tool for Reels like Instagram Edits or CapCut
Deep understanding of the social media landscape, including how people and brands use social media
Proactive, receptive to feedback, and able to work independently without being chased
You care about aesthetics, storytelling, and doing work that actually looks good
