Our client, a global fintech firm is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its growing team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support client success through consultative relationship management, strategic execution, and the innovative use of technology. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and engagement while identifying opportunities for expansion and cross‑selling.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business, managing day‑to‑day client communications and fostering long‑term relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored insurance solutions and strategic recommendations.
Proactively manage renewals, policy changes, and ongoing client relationships.
Maintain accurate and timely policy updates within the Agency Management System and related client engagement platforms.
Ensure consistent engagement throughout the client lifecycle to drive satisfaction and retention
