Role Description This full-time hybrid role as a Senior Business Development Executive is based in Worcester, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing strategic plans to drive business growth, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions. The role requires a proactive and goal-oriented approach to business development and account management. Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation with a focus on driving sales growth Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long‑term client relationships Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively and foster collaboration Understanding of business processes and ability to develop strategic growth plans Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales‑related software Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred Experience in the industrial packaging, shipping, or supply industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
