Responsibilities: Lead the bank’s editorial content strategy focused on the production of market commentary, executive insights, and analysis pieces for the firm’s digital channels Manage an editorial calendar aligned with market events, economic developments, and key business priorities. Partner with marketing, communications, and business leaders to ensure editorial content supports brand positioning and business objectives. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to write, edit, and oversee the development of clear, engaging content for professional and institutional audiences. Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements for financial communications. Ensure content is structured for multi-channel distribution, including social posts, newsletters, and web features. Work with digital marketing to optimize content for SEO, engagement, and audience growth. Translate complex financial topics into clear, engaging narratives for professional and institutional audiences. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in editorial, financial journalism, content strategy, or financial marketing. Proven experience producing thought leadership or market commentary in financial services, banking, asset management, or financial media. Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for professional audiences. Experience collaborating with senior executives and subject matter experts to develop content. Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and industry developments. Familiarity with digital publishing, social media strategy, and content performance analytics Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field. Salary: $200,000 - $210,000 The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
