SEO Roadmap for Child & Pregnancy Loss Grief Support Nonprofit
Posted March 30, 2026
My goal for this Taproot Project is to create a sustainable SEO roadmap that helps families and clinicians find our trauma‑informed resources more easily. We need a volunteer to:
Conduct a Technical SEO Audit of www.JuniesPlace.org to ensure it is user‑friendly and accessible.
Develop a Keyword Strategy focused on specific search intents like "SUDC support," "infant loss resources," and "grief literacy."
Create a Content Roadmap that helps us leverage our existing work on the "problem with platitudes" to reach a national audience.
Ad Grant Optimization: We currently have the $10,000/month Google Ad Grant and need help aligning our ad keywords with our organic SEO goals to maximize this incredible resource.
(Optional) Provide high‑level guidance on optimizing our Google Ad Grant to drive targeted traffic to our clinical services and workshops.
Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will support our mission by ensuring that no family has to navigate the sudden loss of a child without expert‑backed, compassionate support. By improving our SEO, the volunteer helps us intercept those in distress with grief‑informed care and education, thereby increasing our ability to provide no‑cost clinical services in Massachusetts and extending our educational workshops to a broader national audience of professionals and families.
Junie's Place is a compassionate nonprofit dedicated to providing comprehensive, no‑cost grief support services to families experiencing the profound loss of a child, infant, pregnancy, or stillbirth. Our mission is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where grieving families can find solace, support, and a community that truly understands their sorrow. We also work to advance grief‑informed healthcare, education, and advocacy through training, policy promotion, and cultural change.
We are searching for a volunteer who can lead our development of a new and improved mission and vision statement that will communicate our purpose and vision to a variety of stakeholders.
