A leading global apparel manufacturer is seeking anexperienced Marketing Director to lead its U.S. marketing and creativeteams.
This role will oversee brand strategy, campaigndevelopment, and digital marketing initiatives , while serving as a keyliaison with the company’s headquarters in Korea.
The ideal candidate is a bilingual marketing leader (Korean/English) with a strong understanding of Korean corporate culture , U.S. consumer trends , and a proven ability to lead both marketing anddesign teams in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Developand execute integrated marketing strategies that align with globalobjectives and resonate with U.S. consumers.
Ensurebrand consistency across all channels — retail, digital, PR, and eventmarketing.
Leadplanning and execution of seasonal and product-specific campaigns tailored for the U.S. market.
Oversee trade show strategy and execution , including booth design, brandstorytelling, and event coordination.
Driveperformance in e-commerce, social media, influencer marketing, and paiddigital campaigns .
Analyzemarket data, consumer behavior, and competitive trends to inform strategyand identify growth opportunities.
Managemarketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI acrosscampaigns.
Leadand mentor a team of marketing associates and graphic designers, fosteringcreativity and accountability.
Qualifications
10–15years of progressive marketing experience in apparel, fashion, orlifestyle brands .
Fluentin Korean and English (spoken and written) — required.
Experienceworking with or within Korean corporate culture .
Provenleadership experience managing both marketing and design teams .(preferred)
Strongunderstanding of the U.S. apparel, retail, and e-commerce markets .
Expertisein trade show management, digital marketing, and brand development.
Excellentstrategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaborationskills.
