Overview
Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Senior Marketing Project Leader, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to lead the successful development of multiple highly complex campaigns and projects across audiences for a given business area(s) throughout entire project lifecycle
Develop and lead holistic, multi-faceted project plans by collaborating with strategic partners, and incorporate the chosen project management methodology, technology, and tools
Anticipate, identify, and execute solutions to manage project issues and risks by tracking, assigning ownership, following up, and understanding and sharing impact on deliverables, cost, resources, and schedule with project and account teams, strategic partners, and business area(s)
Provide timely communication of project status, and key milestones to keep project and account teams, strategic partners, business area(s), and senior leadership informed, and to drive timely decisions
Use project management technologies and tools such as scopes of work and resource estimates to create project and resource plans, and perform analysis to ensure resource allocation efficiency and project deadlines are met and delivered within budget
Lead securing all legal, compliance, and branding approvals and ensure record retention procedures are followed
Grow strong working relationships with key stakeholders, matrix project/account teams, business partners, and leadership both inside and outside the firm
Ability to partner and effectively communicate with sales teams
Liaison with MarTech for troubleshooting, enhancements, and roadmap collaboration
License management (eligibility, tracking, payment, renewals)
Vendor partnership and issue escalation
Create and manage a user feedback loop to drive product improvements
Track and report on key performance metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction)Partner with Compliance and Field Supervision to ensure standards are met
Onboard new financial advisors and support ongoing user enablement
Review advisor videos for brand quality
Provide one‑on‑one coaching to financial advisors
Plan and execute strategies for program scaling and awareness
Maintain program documentation and training resources
Evaluate platform enhancements and propose future capabilities
Qualifications
5+ years project management experience in corporate marketing or creative agency environment
A. or B.S. in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience required
Proficiency in Workfront is required
Proficient in waterfall and agile project management methodologies
Able to effectively manage multiple highly complex initiatives and quickly adapt to changes, work efficiently, and productively under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must demonstrate ability to successfully communicate with project/account team, multiple business areas, divisions, leaders, and external vendors
Proven ability to multi-task and lead multiple highly complex projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and able to solve a range of challenges with no or little guidance
Responds well to direction, embraces feedback and change, continuous learner
Highly motivated and results oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $105,000 or the hourly equivalent.
