At Arch City Collective, we strive to “Create the Hype” that drives impact. Role Description This is a paid, full‑time/ part‑time, on‑site Marketing and Sales Internship role located in Columbus, OH. As an intern, you will assist in executing sales strategies, supporting customer service initiatives, and engaging with clients to foster strong relationships. Day‑to‑day tasks include collaborating on training sessions, managing sales activities, and contributing to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. You will gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment while supporting various marketing and sales projects. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members Sales and Sales Management abilities, including executing sales strategies and managing sales activities Experience or interest in Training and supporting team growth and development Passion for marketing, events, and brand connection is a plus Ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Columbus, OH Proactive attitude with excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills Pursuing or recently earned a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial No experience is required as training is provided, however, interest in sales, marketing, general business, and hospitality is a plus Passion for sales and marketing, with a desire to gain practical experience in activations and face‑to‑face interactions Available to start in May or June and commit to a 3‑month internship duration Our marketing and Sales Internship Training includes Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives, focusing on activations and face‑to‑face interactions Scheduling promotions and managing calendars Preparing the necessary marketing materials for campaigns Engage with customers directly at events, trade shows, retail activations, and fairs to promote products and services Support the sales team in generating leads, conducting market research, and analyzing data Provide administrative support as needed, including managing inventory and organizing event logistics Collaborate with team members to develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales Opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and learn from industry experts Candidates applying for the position must be at least eighteen years of age.
