Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite) Overview Seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create high-quality marketing and communication materials across print and digital platforms. This role requires strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities Design and produce marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, ads, digital assets) Maintain brand consistency and ensure production-ready files Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and strategy Manage multiple projects, timelines, and vendor coordination Improve workflows, file organization, and design processes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of graphic design experience Should provide Work samples/ Work portfolio (multi-page documents) Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Expertise in prepress, file setup, and production processes High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience with versioning, asset management, and fast-paced workflows Government program experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
