Location: Monroe, CT (Hybrid / Remote Options Available) GAT Sport is a global leader in sports nutrition, trusted by athletes and fitness enthusiasts worldwide. We are in a strong growth phase and looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help scale our creator and athlete partnerships. The Role This is not a content creation role. This is where strategy meets execution. You will play a key role in keeping our influencer engine running by managing relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring execution is consistent, timely, and aligned with brand goals. If you are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces, this role is for you. You’d be the nucleus of our influencer operations. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns Recruit, onboard, and support influencers and athletes Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance Coordinate campaign briefs and ensure timely content delivery Support event logistics and athlete coordination for trade shows and activations Manage product seeding and shipment tracking Assist with payments, contracts, and reporting What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in influencer, social, or digital marketing Experience working with creators or managing partnerships Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong communicator who can manage relationships and expectations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience with platforms such as GRIN (influencer), Pepperjam (affiliate), and PromoMash (promotional) are a plus Why GAT Sport Be part of a brand with global reach and strong momentum Collaborative and fast-paced work environment Exposure to both influencer and experiential marketing Opportunity for growth as the brand continues to scale Interested?
