Regional Marketing Coordinator – Metro West

We are currently seeking a full‑time regional marketing coordinator for our Metro West territory. L ocally owned and operated, Santé Center for Healing’s goal is to provide individuals and families long‑term recovery. Santé’s expert clinical and medical staff specialize in substance use disorders, mental health, dual diagnosis and poly‑addiction, compulsive sexual behavior disorder, co‑occurring disordered eating, compulsive behavior…and ultimately the trauma so often underneath it all. And we’ve been making “miracles happen on the hill” for 30 years. Responsibilities This individual is responsible for increasing awareness of and engagement with Santé’s services in a defined geographical territory by identifying, establishing and enhancing professional relationships with mental and behavioral health referral partners that generate appropriate client referrals to meet Marketing Department goals and ultimately advance Santé’s mission of providing life‑affirming, long‑term recovery. Utilizing Santé’s Referral Partner Stages process; updating referral partner profiles to include specialties and more segmentation opportunities; swift response to referral partner communication providing quality customer service; strategic campaign implementation with priority referral partner categories in specific territory; assess any problems and create solutions in tandem with supervisor; appropriate documentation of activities; create and participate in variety and volume of consistent activities and diverse touches that build relationships between Santé and territory referral partners. Take a strategic approach to individual and collective (organization and Marketing team) work, including: research/assessment, capacity building, strategic planning, strategy implementation and evaluation. Develop and implement a role‑specific strategic plan congruent with the department’s annual plan consistent with company Brand Standards. Based on your strategic plan, create and implement quarterly, monthly and weekly action plans for quality process resulting in identified desired outcomes. Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with priority referral partners and priority referral partner categories in your identified territory. Move relationships deeper in awareness, engagement and understanding of Santé and where Santé’s services intersect with their patients’/clients’ needs. Meet monthly marketing coordinator fundamentals expectations while demonstrating an understanding of focused, prioritized and intentional referral development. Establish a cadence of referral partner touches, utilizing various associated tools and channels (face‑to‑face meetings, campus tours, Zoom meetings, phone calls, texts, conferences, community events, email, handwritten notes, social media, mail, etc.) for desired results. Assist in the creation of relevant collateral and communication campaigns that speak to the services Santé offers and how it intersects with referral partners’ needs, goals, desired outcomes, etc. Identify new, potential referring professionals, organizations or referral partner categories to increase business and access to care. Engage referral partners in company‑owned and company‑specific initiatives and strategies. Represent Santé at industry conference exhibits in addition to sponsored community and organization events in Tarrant County, Parker County and West Texas (i.e. Lubbock, Abilene, Amarillo). Maintains CRM database for referral partners for communication and engagement purposes Submit activity reports, expenses, and quarterly impact evaluations. Attend quarterly and weekly Marketing Team‑wide meetings geared towards strategy development, cross‑training, resource development and organization updates. Attend weekly individual meetings with Business Development Director for territory strategy and outcome reports and revisions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and sharpen skills. Performs other duties as assigned. Operate under and abide by Santé’s Marketing Code of Ethics and any local, state or national laws, statutes or codes regarding the marketing of addiction treatment programs. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prefer Bachelor’s Degree Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Psychology, Social Work, English, Journalism or other related field. 1-3 years’ experience working in the mental health field or marketing, public relations or business development settings. Must possess considerable knowledge of the mental health field and addiction related issues. Must be willing to travel to Tarrant County, Parker County, and West Texas region. Basic computer skills including data entry skills and working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, social media, and email required. Constituent relationship management program/software experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
