Your role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing & Demand Generation team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of targeted ABM strategies designed to engage key accounts and drive pipeline growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver personalized campaigns, analyze performance data, and help optimize marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Your responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Coordination Support the planning and execution of ABM campaigns across digital channels Coordinate with internal teams (Digital, Content, Design, Brand, Product Marketing) to develop targeted assets and messaging Assist in the delivery of personalized marketing programs for key accounts Data Analysis & Insights Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations Track engagement metrics and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts Build reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders Research & Strategy Support Conduct account and industry research to inform ABM strategies Help identify target accounts and key decision‑makers Support the development of 1:1, 1: few, and 1: many ABM initiatives Partner with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with account strategies Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and capture notes from discovery sessions Support ongoing communication and feedback loops between Sales and Marketing Content & Quality Assurance Assist in proofreading and quality‑checking marketing materials Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Utilize marketing technologies such as CRM, analytics, and ABM platforms to support campaigns Continuously build knowledge of ABM best practices and emerging tools About you: Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, or other quantitative discipline Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience or familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, WordPress, Wrike, or similar platforms (preferred) Exposure to B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing strategies (preferred) What you'll gain: Hands‑on experience in a high-impact, growth-focused marketing function Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing leaders Opportunities for professional development and skill-building in ABM and digital marketing Classification & Compliance Review: Primary duties are administrative and operational, focused on scheduling, coordination, communication, logistics, and execution—not on setting company policy or exercising independent authority over business decisions While the role requires judgment and prioritization, it does not meet the Administrative Exemption standard, as it does not involve independent decision-making on matters of significance that affect business operations at a policy or strategic level The role does not supervise employees, manage a department, or have authority over hiring, firing, or disciplinary decisions Deliverables support executive effectiveness but do not constitute exempt-level strategic or discretionary authority Compensation: Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background. The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values. Employees receive annual allotted vacation days, which increase based on tenure.
