Role Description This is a full time on site role for a Sales Manager based in Great Neck, NY. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, lead a team, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include establishing and nurturing client relationships, managing sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with teams to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also involves identifying business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of luxury watch trends and offerings. What You'll Do Drive in-store and online sales to meet and exceed revenue targets Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver a high-touch, luxury experience Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-value customers Track sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve results Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge and brand alignment Partner with marketing on campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales management, preferably in luxury or high-end retail Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Results-driven with a strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance tracking Ability to deliver a premium, brand-aligned customer experience Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented If youre passionate about growth, experimentation, and building meaningful customer experienceswed love to hear from you.
