What You'll Do:Manage day-to-day operations of the Lahaina Clubhouse (think: safety, structure, and spirit!)Lead and support a rockstar team of youth development professionalsDevelop and oversee high-impact programs in Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & CitizenshipBuild strong relationships with youth, families, schools, and the wider Haiku communityChampion a culture of inclusion, fun, and learningOversee facility maintenance, membership systems, and program schedulingSupport fundraising efforts and help report wins (we love sharing success stories!)Keep the vibes high, the clubhouse safe, and the mission alive Qualifications
You Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in youth programming (Boys & Girls Clubs or similar orgs preferred)Strong team leadership & staff development experienceConfidence managing clubhouse operations (from budgets to behavior management)Excellent written & verbal communication skillsA valid driver's license & commitment to youth safetyBonus points for fundraising or event experience!
