This position will be approximately 27-29 hours/week -- 50/50 split between receptionist and marketing responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a confident, upbeat, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The perfect candidate is someone who loves connecting with guests, understands the power of first impressions, and enjoys supporting both the guest experience and the team.

Guest Experience

Greet and check in guests warmly and professionally

Manage bookings, phones, texts, and POS

Promote memberships, retail, referral programs, and upgrades

Ensure a smooth, polished checkout experience

Cleaning, Sanitation & Technician Support

Follow daily cleaning and closing checklists

Support laundry (towels and linens)

Reset and prepare technician stations between guests

This is an active, hands‑on role. You will be moving, cleaning, organizing, and supporting throughout your shift.

Social Media & Marketing (Required Experience) In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role requires hands‑on social media management experience for a local business.

Create and post 3–5 pieces of content weekly (Reels, Stories, posts)

Film in‑salon content

Write engaging captions with strong calls to action

Promote memberships, referral programs, events, and hiring initiatives

Stay current with trends and adapt them to our brand

Track engagement and suggest improvements

Design in‑store signage, business cards, promotional items, email marketing banners, etc.

You’ve worked in a

high-end or luxury spa

environment

You have experience in a

membership-based

salon, spa, or fitness studio

Canva proficiency

Graphic design experience

Short‑form video editing

Comfortable being on camera

Our Schedule

Mondays - Saturdays: 9am - 7pm

Sunday: 10am - 6pm
