Requirements
8+ years of product design experience in fintech or consumer products.
Proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch.
Strong portfolio showcasing 0 → 1 thinking and design evolution.
Deep expertise in mobile app design.
Excellent visual design sensibility and practical UX judgment.
Fluency in Figma and modern design processes.
Strong communication skills with cross‑functional teams.
