Drive membership sales and retention Manage daily operations and staffing Execute local marketing and outreach Build a Strong Team
Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists Set expectations and track performance Develop future leaders Run the Numbers
Monitor KPIs and revenue goals Identify issues early and act quickly Keep the studio on track week-to-week What We're Looking For
