Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: San Diego, CA Company: Occupational Services, Inc. Job Type: Full-Time Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position with some flexibility to work from home. Job Summary We're seeking a mid-to-senior Salesforce Administrator to help maintain and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a strategic, hands-on role that blends platform administration, project management, and leadership. You'll govern and optimize our existing implementations across Sales Cloud, Breadwinner, Adobe Sign, CPQ, and Certinia PSA; support the onboarding of both existing and new users; and partner with external development teams under the direction of executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Ownership
* Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce configuration and administration. * Manage the security model, including roles, profiles, permission set groups, and permission sets. * Maintain and manage current data import processes using Data Loader, including strong proficiency in Excel. * Design and maintain scalable solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Certinia PSA.
Team Leadership
* Drive adoption and enablement for existing and new users. * Collaborate with external partners on the development lifecycle and deployment processes. * Maintain governance over end-user and executive leadership requests in collaboration with external partners.
Integration Expertise
* Design and maintain scalable solutions within Breadwinner and QuickBooks using Flow automation.
Data Governance & Reporting
* Maintain data integrity through audits, deduplication, and validation rules.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by translating business needs into technical solutions. * Lead cross-functional projects to improve user experience and overall system efficiency.
Qualifications Required Education & Experience 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including project management and leadership responsibilities. A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required, if the candidate has previous on-the-job experience and/or related technical college/trade school education. Certifications
* Salesforce Administrator certification required.
Technical Skills
* Expertise in declarative tools (Flows, Lightning Experience). * Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and deployment tools. * Proven experience with the following:
