Key Objectives
Deliver an outstanding, relationship-driven customer experience
Understand customer needs and guide them toward the right RV and solutions
Drive results through consistent follow-up, communication, and customer engagement
Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers in a way that feels natural, helpful, and professional
Ask the right questions to understand lifestyle, needs, and buying motivations
Present RV options, features, and add-ons in a clear and engaging way
Guide customers through the full experience—from first interaction to final decision
Maintain consistent follow-up with customers via phone, text, and email
Manage and prioritize your pipeline using our CRM system
Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
Stay organized, proactive, and accountable to your individual performance
What You’ll Bring
Strong people skills—you’re comfortable starting conversations and building trust
A customer-first mindset with a natural ability to guide and influence decisions

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer conversations at once
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is a plus
