
SENIOR PARTS COUNTER SPECIALIST

HERE WE GROW AGAIN! Profile Powersports is currently seeking an experienced applicant to add to our parts department team. This dynamic position has unlimited possibilities in a fast paced, fun, and growing industry. The applicant will be responsible for over the counter parts sales, some shipping and receiving as well as aiding in inventory control. Role will include selling products via internet based platforms as well as assisting our in store customers via face to face, as well as answering the phone.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for researching and selling of all parts and accessories. In addition performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner and share knowledge of all parts and accessories merchandise we carry.
Ability to work with several customers at a time, while maintaining superior customer satisfaction
Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously
Conduct daily physical inventory cycle counting, report inventory adjustments, and aid in resolving inventory issues and discrepancies
Maintains stocking of shelves, clean and safe showroom appearance, up to date merchandising.
Supply Service Technicians with parts as required
Selling parts utilizing our website as well as additional web based platforms such as ebay amazon facebook,etc.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
Ability to work extended hours and weekends
Excellent customer service skills
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
Basic parts and machinery knowledge
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Knowledge of web based selling
