What you’ll do Your job is simple: connect with homeowners who have already requested information and help them take the next step.
You will:
Call and text homeowners who have already expressed interest
Answer questions and build excitement about their bathroom project
Schedule in-home appointments for our Design Consultants
Enter accurate notes and customer details into our CRM
Send confirmation texts and emails to secure appointments
What we’re looking for You’ll do well in this role if you are:
Confident and professional on the phone
Friendly, upbeat, and great with people
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
Able to adapt your communication style to different personalities
Experienced in customer service; sales experience is a plus
This is an
on-site position in our Clearwater office
and is
not remote .
