Role Description The Leasing Specialist will oversee the leasing process for rental properties, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, processing lease applications, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. This individual will work to maintain a high level of resident retention by building strong relationships and addressing tenant needs promptly. Ensuring compliance with lease terms, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with tenants and property management are key aspects of the role. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Lease Administration, analyzing lease terms, and managing associated documentation
Proficiency in Customer Service and building effective relationships to promote Resident Retention
Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities for interacting with residents, team members, and management
Experience with handling leases, showing properties, and facilitating the move-in and move-out process
Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and supporting property management operations
Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
Proficiency in property management software and tools is highly desirable
Ability to work onsite and support multiple residents with varying needs
