We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the communications field. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our internal and external communication strategies. Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications including emails, newsletters, and press releases. Support the social media team by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance metrics. Help coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and promotional activities. Maintain and update content on the company website and intranet. Conduct research to support communications campaigns and gather information for executive reports. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required. Benefits
