Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls and emails from resort owners in a timely manner. This position answers questions from owners, de-escalates concerns and assists with booking reservations.
Essential Duties
Respond to calls and emails from resort owners.
Assist owners with completing reservations and processing transactions.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our resorts and amenities.
Manage resort owner’s points accounts.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
Attention to detail and ability to accurately input data.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service or call center operations desired.
