Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area (Brandon, FL). The Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing lease agreements, coordinating lease administration, ensuring resident satisfaction, and fostering strong tenant relationships. The role includes managing customer inquiries, assisting in resident retention efforts, and communicating effectively with residents and team members. Additional duties include presenting and showing properties, maintaining occupancy goals, and supporting property management processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Leases and Lease Administration
Strong focus on Resident Retention and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage tenant relationships to ensure high levels of retention and satisfaction
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in property management software and tools is a plus
Knowledge of the multifamily real estate market is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in property management or real estate is a plus
