Flexible Schedule For Students
40 hours/week during school breaks
(summer, winter, spring break)
Flexible hours during the school year

What You'll Do Support Ashley for the Arts Festival (Summer Focus)
Assist in execution of event promotion to surrounding communities
Build reports on vendor and participant updates
Maintain accurate inventory of merchandise and supplies
Provide customer service via inbox, telephone, and in‑person inquiries
Coordinate community outreach initiatives and events
Public Relations & Communications Support
Prepare and distribute information to internal and external contacts on behalf of Ashley Furniture and Ashley for the Arts
Implement communication strategies set by the Public Relations department
Document and update standard operating procedures related to events
General office and administrative support
Event Coordination & Community Engagement
Assist in coordination of community outreach initiatives and events
Build positive relationships with employees, media agents, business partners, and the public
Support event planning and execution for one of Wisconsin's largest charity events
What You Bring Education
Currently earning a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
Skills & Abilities
Strong writing skills and professional email/telephone etiquette
Planning, project management, and coordination skills
Ability to work in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
