Customer Service Representative - Prescription Benefits

What You'll Do
Handle 30‑50 customer interactions per day via phone and email, answering questions about prescription benefits
Research and resolve benefit issues using healthcare systems, identifying needs quickly and providing accurate solutions
Top Skills
2+ years of call center experience (medical or insurance experience preferred)
Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools, including email, Excel, and Word
Schedule Requirement
Must be available to work any shift during hours of operation
Hours of Operation: Monday‑Sunday, 7:00am‑8:00pm CST
Pay $19.93/hour
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, NE.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.93 - $19.93/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
