Job Description This role is a critical piece in our product organization that helps to translate strategy into action as we work to make the digital experience at Quest universally lovable for all of our constituents. As a Digital Analyst embedded within our scrum teams, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across all phases of our digital products' lifecycle, from strategy development to execution and ongoing operations. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other technology and business stakeholders, you will leverage your analytical expertise to optimize user experiences, drive business growth, and ensure continuous improvement.

Please note this is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in office & 2 days WFH). The position can be based in one of the following locations: Secaucus, NJ, Schaumburg IL Lenexa, KS, Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product manager and development team to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals based on data insights and business priorities.

Conduct thorough analysis of digital data using various tools and methodologies to inform sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization discussions.

Develop and maintain a backlog of analytics-related tasks and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and strategic objectives.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to share progress, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate data insights into actionable design recommendations for improving user engagement, conversion rates, and overall satisfaction.

Assist in the implementation and validation of analytics tracking solutions to ensure accurate data collection and measurement of key metrics.

Collaborate with QA analysts to validate data integrity and troubleshoot any issues related to tracking implementation or data discrepancies.

Provide regular updates and reports on key performance metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders, including product owners, senior management, and other cross-functional teams.

Act as a subject matter expert on digital analytics best practices, tools, and methodologies within the Scrum team, and proactively share knowledge and insights with team members.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor's Degree Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. (Required)

Master's Degree MBA (Preferred)

Required Work Experience

Able to showcase previous digital product improvements that you owned

Demonstrate how you've leveraged Customer Experience processes to act as an advocate for customers

At least 2 years' experience working in an Agile framework with digital products

Experience in coaching, mentoring and/or training other team members

Preferred Work Experience

Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, and make recommendations that influence successful product outcomes.
