Community Relations Coordinator – Knoxville Fine Violins
Knoxville Fine Violins seeks a Community Relations Coordinator in Knoxville, Tennessee, to promote our name and services to the surrounding region to increase our presence in the market and become the area's leading source for rental, sales, repair and making of bowed string instruments.
Responsibilities
Community outreach / engagement to establish relationships with users, vendors, etc.
Public communications.
Market / data analysis.
Preparing promotional materials and using social media.
Preparing reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Stringed Instruments or closely related field.
Two years of full-time post-degree experience related to community relations.
Advanced knowledge of stringed instruments.
Proficiency in social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and other advertising methods.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Sound knowledge of CRM systems for targeted marketing campaigns through email/sms/print and progressive reporting of results.
Knowledge and understanding of all production disciplines: print, digital, and broadcast (multi-media).
Knowledge of HTML editors and coding.
Microsoft Office.
