MAINTENANCE PORTER

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Porter is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and operational upkeep of the parking garage, lobby areas, elevators, and assigned building floors. A key responsibility of this role is operating and performing routine maintenance on a heavy garage power‑sweeping machine. This position supports both maintenance and janitorial functions across the facility.
